Shangri-la Highland Craft Brewery is China's first fully licensed craft brewery located at the foot of the Shangri-la mountain range. In cooperation with Swiss and German beer experts, their beer is still brewed using traditional and manual methods, with special focus placed on the use of pristine resources. They brew using the best ingredients: 1000 year old heirloom Qingke barley and 100 year old Tibetan Mountain Spring Water.
