Local Farmers’ Market

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and vegetables from the resort’s own organic garden, the Resort’s dishes are expertly curated to celebrate the flavours of Shangri-la. The dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning mountain views. An open-concept kitchen and communal dining table ensure a relaxed and friendly dining experience. We also have a private dining room providing a warm and intimate setting.
TIBETAN QINGKE LIQUOR
Every Tibetan family has their own special recipe for distilling qingke liquor. The qingke is distilled with unpolluted water from the snow.
The Resort has selected and acquired some of our favourite qingke liquor, available at our Qingke Library & Bar.
We also stock a selection of the famous Black Yak Beer from the local Shangri-La Beer Company. Their beers have won several international awards and are brewed using local highland barley and the purest water.
